Bag Handling

[REDACTED] on [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] I experienced a work-related muscle strain. While handling a 64-pound bag using both hands and proper lifting technique I felt some discomfort on the left side of my mid-back. This discomfort feels similar to a previous injury I had on the same side (shoulder trap) area so it may be a flare-up but I 'm not entirely sure. I went to Health Central to report the incident and filled out the paperwork. The provider had me move around and from what he saw he believes I pulled a muscle. I was given ice and ibuprofen for inflammation. I will continue monitoring the pain as well as return to Health Central for the [REDACTED] as the provider wants to do a checkup. I will keep you updated if I need to seek further treatment or if it starts to impact my ability to perform my duties. Please let me know if there 's anything else I need to complete on my end.
