EE was placing a bag down into the freight cart they were using for the [REDACTED] bags. EE felt a sharp pain in their right knee when they placed the bag down into the freight cart. When EE felt sharp pain in right knee EE started to fall down when they caught themself. EE initially felt pain in front of knee at time of injury and now feels the pain in the left side of the right knee.
