What happened
EE states I was driving a pickup truck with freight to [REDACTED] and the largest crate slide to the back of the cab in order to reach it I reached over the side of the cab to try to push it down towards the end and that 's when I felt a sharp pain in my right shoulder. I stopped and I was able to pull it from the end but the pain was still there I tried to rest a little but the pain is getting worst with movement.
