EE rushed to get on plane picked up bag and managed to put bag up and felt stress and pulled back. EE stated he took an [REDACTED] and next flight notified the flight leader of back pain. For the [REDACTED] days it got worse and was removed off the trip and had to go to [REDACTED] twice. The second time he went to [REDACTED] he could not walk and was overnighted he could not walk and had to use wheelchair once discharged. Right side lower back
