What happened
While boarding of the aircraft I was in the aisle helping passengers find more overhead bin space for their bags. During this process a backpack fell out of a bin and right on to the back of my neck head. It hurt enough that I left the immediate area and proceeded to a lavatory to check myself make sure I was ok to proceed with the boarding process. I reported the incident to a Purser (lead FA) and then it was reported to the Captain. I filled out an SRS report for Delta.
