Between [REDACTED] while working a flight EE tried to connect a baggage cart to a baggage tug for an outbound flight. While trying to connect the cart to the tug EE felt resistance from the cart 's tongue and after a couple of tries was able to get it loose but lost their balance in the process. EE fell on the ground and hurt their back.
