What happened
EE was pushing the beverage cart in the isle and felt her shoulder pop and felt a fizzing sensation up her shoulder neck and back. Currently reports continued pain in her left shoulder along with limited range of motion. EE denies cuts bruising and swelling. Pain reported as 2 10 at rest and certain movements the pain can range from 3-7 10 EE has applied heat ice and took naproxen with relief. EE reported pain radiated up her shoulder last night with certain positions. EE given provider referral. No physical injury reported only pain.
