What happened
EE removed a set of chocks from the main gear of an aircraft. The chocks then slipped out of his hand and fell to the ground. EE was holding on to the rope that the chocks were attached to. After the chocks slipped out of his grasp he suffered a laceration to the tip of his ring finger on the right hand.
