What happened
On [REDACTED] EE was working flight AF692 at [REDACTED]. Around [REDACTED] EE was offloading a cargo pallet. When EE went to put up the lock on the dolly the lock slammed on his finger. EE got the pallet onto the dolly transporter. Afterwards EE noticed that his finger was bleeding all over the ramp. Agent [REDACTED] came to the OSM office to ask for some gauze pads and ointment due to him having a cut. At [REDACTED] I received a call from agent [REDACTED] stating that hes having EE brought to my office because he may possibly need stiches. When EE showed up to the OSM office I advised ops to call RDU Fire and Rescue to look at the EE and his injury.
