What happened
Agent [REDACTED] had assisted an agent with the dumping of trash into the dumpster. When the agent on the forklift reversed he did not know that [REDACTED] was trying to close the bin covers and the cover had fell on his head. [REDACTED] tried to let agent [REDACTED] know to hold on but [REDACTED] said he did not hear [REDACTED]. At the time [REDACTED] said he felt a sting in his neck. When he left work for the night he claimed it then started to bother him. He went to the clinic the next day to get it checked out.
