What happened
On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] agent [REDACTED] was out in the warehouse yard helping to breakdown a [REDACTED]. While removing the net and plastic covering she stepped onto the edge of the [REDACTED]. As she stepped off she stepped into a pothole right next to the [REDACTED] and rolled her ankle. Nearby agents checked on her and notified a lead. After several [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was able to get up and walk to the office on her own. She was removed off out of the operations for the remainder of the night and stayed in the office to elevate and ice her ankle.
