EE was sitting down at the [REDACTED] lobby desk when a Diamond medallion customer came to EE with a question. When the customer walked over to the EE she got up to engage in conversation with him. Once the customer left the EE went to sit back down in the stool. As the EE sat down they did so forcefully slamming their knee on the drawer.
