What happened
The EE counted the meals in the oven she bent down to count the meals in the meal cart as she stood up she didn 't realize the oven door was open and she hit her head on the bottom of the oven door. EE was removed from trip once landed. An FSM met the flight and had the EMT come check ee out. EE was then DH home to base. Preventive Measures EE Opted for Self-Care
