What happened
[REDACTED] and I had to move a old [REDACTED] network switch to prepare for the TOC power outage. There is no elevator at cargo so we had to put the [REDACTED] on our stair climber hand truck and take it down two flights of stairs. To keep the hand trucks from tipping forward I had to bend over almost to the ground while [REDACTED] guided it from the bottom. The heavy weight of the [REDACTED] and having to bend over so far must have pulled something in my lower back.
