What happened
After completing maintenance while returning a ladder to its ' storage area one of the ladder wheels got stuck in the expansion gap of the ramp concrete. The sudden stop jerked the employees right shoulder causing initial pain. Pain got progressively worse after the end of the shift. RX meds and restrictions
