What happened
Onboard flight DL1678 from [REDACTED] - MSPEE twisted body and suffered a nerve pinch in lower back. This happened early on in the flight. The pain was immediate 0 to 9 the pain was extreme in lower back especially when movement was attempted. EE left leg went numb and had a tingling sensation throughout arms into hands and fingers. EE was unable to complete anymore work duties and coworkers covered the rest of the flight for me
