What happened
While working at the maintenance ramp in [REDACTED] EE was repositioning a set of aircraft stairs in order to clear the number one engine from other maintenance occurring. EE was pulling the stairs and while doing so the stairs gained speed and ran over his left foot heel. The weight and speed of the stair 's wheel caused EE foot to essentially bend fold inward to the point where his safety shoe sole was nearly facing upwards. This caused EE to fall over. His pain is not deriving from the heel of his foot but rather coming from the bottom arch side of left foot. Lost time
