What happened
EE WAS HOOKING MOBILE STAIRS UP TO A VEHICLE FOR TOWING TO THE AIRCRAFT. THE STEPS WERE PARKED BACKWARDS WITH THE TONGUE OVER THE GRASS INSTEAD OF OVER THE CEMENT. EE WENT TO PIVOT THE TONGUE 90 DEGREES TO BE ABLE TO MATE IT TO THE VEHICLE AND WHILE DOING SO SLIPPED IN LOOSE GRAVEL CAUSING THEM TO FALL. EE FELL TOWARD THE STEPS AND TO AVOID STRIKING THEIR FACE ON THE STAIR PERFORATIONS OVEREXTENDED THEIR BACK LOST THEIR BALANCE AND FELL ONTO THE PAVEMENT. EE SUSTAINED MIDDLE BACK INJURY TO THE LEFT SIDE AND EXPERIENCES DISCOMFORT. EE HAD REQUIRED PPE IN USE AT THE TIME OF THE INCIDENT. HEALTH CENTRAL WAS NOTIFIED AND SEDGEWICK NOTIFIED.
