What happened
EE was dropping off bags to [REDACTED]. The cart for [REDACTED] was the second cart. The pin was stuck when EE was trying to disconnect. The driver moved back to relieve the tension on the tongue of the cart. Once the tension was removed EE removed the pin and disconnected the second cart. The cart moved back off the slop from the manhole that is on [REDACTED] once the cart moved the tongue attempted to straighten out and struck the EE in the right leg. This caused the EE to feel pain and when the EE attempted to walk EE could not this made the EE sit on the ground in pain and this is when the OSM was made aware of the injury.
