What happened
Delta Logistics truck was driving southbound between [REDACTED] and [REDACTED]. Southwest catering truck was driving northbound and turned left into the gate area and didn 't notice Delta Logistics truck striking the truck and causing damage between the drivers side mirror to the back left tire. Employee didn 't feel any pain after the collision but still called Health Central twice. No answer both times. Back tightness was later reported by employee. Lost time
