What happened
EE reported that he was driving back from [REDACTED] ramp towards [REDACTED] there was a stop sign right before hangar [REDACTED] and the other truck hit him instead of stopping behind the stop sign. The car has insignificant dent on the back however everything inside the car shifted. EE reported he hit his head back and neck during the collision and hurt was feeling disoriented at first. He cannot seem to stand up straight or walk properly. [REDACTED] was called they determined that he does need to ride with them. Health central suggested he gets a CT scan and an X-ray scan of affected area. Lost time RX meds PT
