Walking

Agent slipped and fell on snow ice while repositioning AC from RON pad to gate during active snowfall. The temperature was 9 degrees and it was actively snowing. The EE was walking from the FO main gear to the pushback tug when she lost her footing and fell on her left shoulder. She felt immediate pain and was unable to move until she rolled over and felt a pop that lessened the pain in her shoulder. The EE in the flight deck called the OSM to respond and the other wing walker her helped her to a tug.
