What happened
EE twisted her knee while working at the ticket counter. EE was one of three agents at the counter. EE was helping to lift and throw bags onto the belt for an agent on light duty. EE was also throwing her own bags on the belt. EE logged on to different computers to assist multiple lines. EE felt pain in her left knee while moving bags but ignored it because they were extremely busy. Once the business subsided EE began to feel more pain. EE contacted the Red Coat and OSM. OSM questioned EE regarding the incident. Upon questioning EE OSM observed the fatigue mat where EE was standing had a dip in the center. The dip may have made EE off balance and put more pressure on the knee. VAT was contacted. RICE recommended and followed up in a day
