[REDACTED] had just finished refilling the water on [REDACTED] serving [REDACTED] DTW on [REDACTED]. He disconnected the hose and stepped off the ladder started dragging the hose back to the cabinet and walked over a patch of broken concrete. He states that his foot was in an uneven patch and he lost his balance and he fell onto his right knee. It was scraped and bloody.
