Him and his captain were walking through the atrium. They walked past a lady whose dog was licking water off the floor. He believes the dog tipped the bowl of water. He slipped in with water. His right leg slipped in front of him almost doing a splits position. He dropped his bag and landed on his backside hitting the ground and his head on a large flower garden that he hit the corner of it. He had his hat on. Felt his hamstring and calf pull. He reports he has trouble walking. He reports on the flight home he started getting tightness in his back and neck and a bad headache. He feels similar to being in a car wreck. He feels he hyperextended his knee. It is his right leg upper and lower incl knee lower back and head
