I transferred patients to specialty bed with other aid. We used the tap blower.

I transferred two of my patients on the specialty beds. I twisted my back. I felt tense and tightness in my abdomen and back. I was able to finish my shift. The following day hit me hard in the morning. I couldn 't get of bed for 5 days.
