Before the incident

What happened
EE was collecting trays in the 1st class cabin with a strong turbulence hit the aircraft. While attempting to prevent the meal trays from falling onto the passengers she strained her lower back due to the unnatural turning motion she did to not drop the trays. After the incident the pain increased when bending and standing making it difficult walking. She iced her back off and on for the remainder of the flight with the pain worsening at landing.
