What happened
Employee reports that they were walking on the roof while changing out HVAC filters when they slipped on a wet area of the roof. Employee fell into the HVAC unit and was able to catch himself preventing himself from falling to the ground and reports that his knee bent medially. Discomfort was not noted until later in the day and worsened over the following days until injury was reported.
