What happened
Officer at MVC with victim with serious injury to leg. The victim appeared to be losing a large amount of blood and officer applied a tourniquet to leg. Officer had minor open scrapes to hand which came in contact with victims blood. Officer did not have time to apply her latex gloves due to victim bleeding to death.
