At approximately [REDACTED] an employee notified the department Unit Manager that they were experiencing discomfort in their shoulder due to lifting overhead fixture. Upon further investigation it was discovered that this employee has been feeling discomfort since the day prior and did not report it. Employee was assessed by the nurse and first aid was administered.
