What happened
Employee was driving a fork truck from [REDACTED] to [REDACTED] to pick up metal rods for melting from the [REDACTED] shipping area. When they turned the corner from the EPC area toward Auto Pack and Shipping they ran the fork truck into an I-beam. The impact caused the employee to hit their head on the top grating of the fork truck resulting in a head laceration.
