Before the incident
EEs were diagnosing a rework off the line. The rework was fixed (vent operation issue) and then reintroduced back to the line (Final out). At this time labels were placed on the window and then transferred to the tilt table. Once the tilt table was tilted down the sash opened up and the window fell to the ground. EEs got the window back up on the table tilted the table up. EEs found the sash pivot bars were damaged. Sash was removed and EEs proceeded to repair. It is at this time the sash dropped off the tilt table on the EEs left foot causing contusion. EE was taken for ER for medical care [REDACTED]. EE has a follow up appointment [REDACTED] at [REDACTED]
