On [REDACTED] at approximately 1400 EE began to have discomfort to both sides of their posterior neck radiating to both shoulder blades and the left mid-back. EE had been sitting and sanding during their entire shift for the past [REDACTED] and believes the discomfort is a result of that. EE reported this discomfort to their Team Lead on [REDACTED] and was assessed in the First Aid Office on [REDACTED] by the nurse.
