The employee was stabilizing the ladder and bracing the All-Fill hopper frame while a coworker on the ladder attempted to remove or adjust the hopper lid. The injured employee was positioned directly below the coworker during the task.

Left Hand Laceration - Employee assisting co-worker who was disassembling the All-[REDACTED] in the [REDACTED] 1 [REDACTED] Room. The employee was positioned on the ground assisting with removal. When the hopper lid was being removed the lid unexpectedly shifted and dropped downward. The employee 's left hand was reaching up to grab the lid when the lid fell and struck their hand causing a laceration between the middle and ring finger knuckles.
