: On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] I [REDACTED] heard screaming. and I ran to the cafeteria where I thought the screaming was coming from. But it was coming from the housekeeping standup area. I saw [REDACTED] screaming. She opened the draws where guest amenities are stored stocking the Room Attendants Carts. When she opened one draw all the draws opened and everything inside and on top of the draws came crashing down on her left leg. And the bottom draw pined her left foot in place and she could not move. The vase that was on top of the draw crashed and break on the floor. I Jaun the houseman and [REDACTED] in Engineering assisted her. We pushed the drawers back and [REDACTED] cleaned the broken glasses. I asked [REDACTED] if She needed medical attention. And she no and I asked if she needed ice and she said she has ice in her water bottle and she will use that. I told her to take a picture of left foot so we can attach it to the report. She will send the picture. I asked her if she wanted
