Before the incident
Employee was booming down material getting ready to haul on the road to a different location. The EE was on top of a trailer and was using a cheater bar to engage the boomer chains.
What happened
When the EE tried to remove the cheater bar from the boomer chain handle it was stuck. He pulled on it and it came unstuck and he lost his balance and fell off the trailer onto the hard ground landing on his left side of his hip.
