[REDACTED] was cleaning ice cream off the bander conveyor

Ice cream had built up on the slide coming off the bander conveyor and was causing jams coming out of the bander conveyor. [REDACTED] used a blue towel to wipe the slide off but got his hand too closet the bander conveyor and his right middle finger got caught in the bander conveyor.

1.Nondisplaced oblique distal tuft facture right middle finger.2. Nail injury.
