What happened

[REDACTED] reported to his [REDACTED] - 3[REDACTED] shift on [REDACTED]. When he entered the Engineering Office he noticed a very strong odor. At first it didn 't bother him. However after sitting in the office for a couple of hours he noticed that he was getting dizzy due to this strong odor. He opened the office door to air out the odor. The housekeeping delegate [REDACTED] walked by the engineering office and questioned the strong odor. He advised [REDACTED] to vacate the room as the odor was very strong. [REDACTED] stayed in the office as he didn 't think it would harm him. When he returned home he felt ill and went straight to sleep. He woke up the [REDACTED] with a hoarse throat and continuously coughed throughout the day. He called out two days straight as he could barely get out of bed. He went to the doctor and requested a chest scan. The doctor advised him to report this illness to the hotel as it occurred while he was working.
