Employee was assembling the new titratable acidity set up. There is a glass rod that goes through the middle of the containment that holds the fluid. The glass rod needs to be inserted through a rubber stopper. When the employee was inserting the tube through the rubber stopper the glass rod snapped and cut his finger.
