What happened
As FA states she was in the AFT galley and out of nowhere the hit the worse turbulence that she has ever experienced. She landed on the floor of the galley and was unable to lift herself up without assistance. Her coworker assisted and helped her lift herself up. she felt pain to her tailbone lower back neck and legs.
