[REDACTED] and [REDACTED] were instructed to better arrange parts on pallets. Parts were stored and move to locations to prepare for physical count and repack. Once there thy positioned the parts on the forks of the forklift to a workable height to minimize bending as parts were going to be transferred to another pallet. In the process of moving parts from one pallet to other when the part upfront was grabbed to be moved the part behind it shifted and fell which landed on the bulk of [REDACTED] 's right foot in particular across his toes. If it wasn 't for his steel toe boot all of his toes would probably have been broken as well. At the height they staged the pallet the impact was against his steel toe and up though the second bone of this big toe which was the only part of his foot which was broken.
