What happened
Employee was unpacking crate that contained up to (50) 3.5 screws. One of the screws was spinning freely in the wooden crate when employee placed second finger of left hand on the tip of the screw. When the drill was engaged the tip of the screw grabbed the material of the glove twisting the material pulling the screw approximately 1 4 into mid finger.
