Before the incident
Walking down the stairs going home after work was over.
What happened
Co-worker and I took the stairs to exit the building I was in front of co-worker. Between the second and first floor landing before the last flight of stairs I tripped or mis-stepped and fell down the last two steps and landed on the carpeted concrete landing. There was nothing on the stairs. When I fell I hit both knees and my feet twisted under me.

Left knee pain and swelling. Right knee is also popping when I bend it with swelling and pain.
