Employee was taking a box of trash out to the dumpster to while walking backwards.

Employee was taking a box of trash out to the dumpster to while walking backwards. The EE did not see a pallet with forks on it. The EE tripped and fell hitting the shoulder and head. The EE employee was walking with another employee who was taking the garbage out as well. The EE got up and said she was ok and continued her duties. It wasn 't until her drive home she felt pain in her left shoulder. The employee came in the [REDACTED] and reported the incident to me and we proceeded with our safety protocol. We called our safety department and took the employee to the urgent care.
