[REDACTED] noticed a jam up of boards chips and debris from the outfeed of the chipper. [REDACTED] locked out and raised the hood that covers the knives and started to blow out the knives with the compressed air wand. He grabbed a spud wrench around 12 long and began to bank the wood loose when the wrench became wedged in the knives his hand slipped and his finger hit the blade
