Employee stated that they were reaching over their head and then leaning down towards the ground while wiping surfaces and felt pain in their low back. This happened on the evening of [REDACTED]. When the employee awoke on the morning of [REDACTED] their back continued so they went to the clinic for an evaluation. The doctor told them to stretch take Tylenol and use Bio Freeze.
