What happened
An employee was checking a suspected leak near a sprinkler head in the F [REDACTED] area. While using a ladder to inspect the area the sprinkler head broke releasing water that came into contact with the employee head and face including his eyes and mouth. The employee was immediately taken to a sink to rinse off then sent home to shower.
