What happened
While I was standing between Line [REDACTED] and Line 2 of the New Bakery ovens I walked around the catch trays at the Line [REDACTED] oven outfeed. Another employee working at the Line [REDACTED] oven outfeed was using a pump-up spray tank containing a chemical. As I was walking past I was accidentally sprayed in the eye with the chemical.
