Team member i was helping start up a belt on lane 4 primary packaging when i turned to start a belt i took a step forward with my right foot and suddenly slipped when i slipped my feet did the splits causing my right leg in my shin area to hit a metal bar and my left leg to go the opposite way was able to catch my self to the table by the metal detector .
