Employee was getting ready to vacuum picked up a trash bag out of the resident 's trash can the trash bag broke employee picked up the bag and threw it in her larger trash can. Employee came back into the room saw something on the floor that fell out of the trash bag picked it up and was stuck in the right middle finger with a used lancet causing bleeding.
